No, There is no cost to sell equipment on our site. We do have requirements that must be meet in order to sell equipment on our site to ensure our clients get the best quality equipment available and is sold in working condition. Yes. We require most of our trusted vendors & network partners to provide a limited warranty to ensure our clients get the equipment as described in the listing, in working order unless otherwise noted. Many used warranty duration's are between 48 hours to 7 days starting immediately upon delivery of the shipment, but some offer warranties between 30-90 days or longer, and some warranties maybe the remaining the balance from a new factory warranty. Ocassionaly you may find an "As is" peice if gear but in that case, would be noted. Please check the warranty terms with your account manager on the exact item you are purchasing. Warranty info will be stated on your final Invoice. Please see website warranty section for details.

NO. Any VAT, Taxes, Customs & Duties fees that may apply will be billed on your invoice. Buyer is responsible for any additional costs the may occur including after shipment.
All Sales are final unless Stated in Writing By AVGearPro inc.
Late payments.
All Payments are due upon order of equipment unless otherwise stated in wrighting. AVGearPro may impose a Late fee of 15% plus and cost incorred If the customer fails to pay an invoice for services on time unless payment arrangements are agreed to prior.
Deposits and Final Payment. If a user puts a deposit down on equipment, the balance is due immediately when equipment is ready to ship. If use fails to pay the balance on time, we may impose a late fee penalty of 15%.
If a user has a deposit on equipment and fails to pay balance and or respond in a timely manner including after 30 days past due, User may forfeit their deposit. We will make every attempt to contact the user prior and in return, it's the users responsibility to keep in contact with us and update us on the situation. Any late payment arragements MUST be in writing from AVGearPro.
