What does a limited warranty cover?
Limited warranties cover equipment that does not function properly or deemed to be defective, incorrect items or equipment that many have been damaged prior to shipping or missing essential parts that were stated in the listing.
Buyer testing warranty responsibilities
As a buyer, it is your responsibility to test your equipment as soon as you get it or with-in the warranty term to ensure all is working so if there are any issues, we can provide warranty assistance. Our vendors are not required to honor warranties if not reported and documented in the warranty period.
Seller warranty responsibilities
Sellers must honor warranties in the agreed upon terms in a quick and timely manor and are expected to respond to communications s quick as possible.
What Limited warranties do not cover?
Limited warranties do not cover equipment that has been altered in anyway by the purchaser, including removing of any labels, negligence caused by receiver and or mishandling or testing by an unqualified operator resulting in damage.

AVGEARPRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT, USE OF EQUIPMENT, INTEREST OR LOST TIME. AvGearPro and it's Vendors & suppliers Shall not be held liable for damages or any costs under the limited warranty if testing and examination disclose that the alleged defect or malfunction in the product does not exist or results form improper operation, handling or being used by untrained operators.
AVGearPro does not provide the actual warranty coverage, our vendors or suppliers honor and implement warranties, though AVGearPro will help facilitate the warranty for both buyers and sellers to find the best and quickest resolution for both parties.
All warranties extend only to the original purchaser and are not transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by AVGearPro.
GOVERNING LAW:
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York U.S.A. and shall not give affect to any and all conflicts or law principals that may provide application of law from another jurisdictions The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby excluded in its entirety from application to this Limited Warranty.
What happens if an item is damaged in shipping?
We have our own insurance policies that cover shipment's shipped by AVGeapPro in the case of shipper damage. If an item arrives with shipment damaged that is visibly noticeable, or if the item/pallet looks poorly packed, please do not refuse the item, You must make a note of the damage and or poor packing with the driver when you sign for the equipment and make every effort to take several detailed pictures of item/pallets from different angles while the delivery driver is at your facility. You must also so get a copy of the shipping receipt that noted the visible damage and let AvGearPro know of any issues immediately.
What are the different types of warranties offered?
Some vendors offer a Parts and labor warranty, a parts only warranty, or a full replacement warranty in certain cases. Warranty details will be stated on your final quote and invoice.
RMA - What happens if a piece of equipment arrives that is damaged or not working properly or missing parts that were stated?
You must contact us immediately so we can issue an return merchant authorization (RMA) number and with in your warranty period so we can work on the best a resolution for the issue. We will either ship parts, and or items for repair or replacement according to the specific item warranty terms. If an item need to be replaced according to the seller terms, buyer will need to pack the item being sent back with all parts and all papers originally sent with the shipment and we will arrange pick-up for the item, You must make someone available so we can arrange pick-up in a timely manor. The damaged item must be shipped back before a replacement will be sent unless otherwise stated in writing.
What is the warranty on B-Stock equipment?
B-Stock warranties vary greatly but can be 90 days, to 2 or 3 years or can be the remaining balance of the original warranty. B-Stock warranty information will be listed on your quote/invoice.
What is the warranty on New equipment?
The warranty terms on new equipment is the manufactures specified warranty terms and get processed directly through the manufacture though you should contact us immediately when a new piece of equipment fails so we can assist with the process.
